#NOISEfave: Vicky Arlidge

This week’s #NOISEfave is funny ‘un Vicky Arlidge and her take on Nat King Cole's “L.O.V.E”!

Along with her friend Joby Mageean, Vicky has taken a classic song and turned it completely inside out into the story of a relationship falling to pieces because of all the little things, like not replacing the loo roll.

We think she's a barrel of laughs, with the comedic songs written about her life as a wife and mother and we think you will too. She received a “Best in Show” at the Funny Women Awards 2013 and will be performing at Glastonbury Fest later this month.

We like that she's filled out her experience and employment, showing us exactly where she's at in her career. This is massively beneficial for potential employers to see, as a combination of this and the talent on display on your portfolio could be the difference between being contacted or your portfolio being skipped.
More on this in our “Make the Most of your ePortfolio” blog series.
