Discover the Design Industry's future stars, handpicked by NOISE Festival 2014 Curators Sir Nicholas Grimshaw, Ian Livingstone CBE (Life President, Eidos), Andy Bird (Executive Creative Director, Publicis), & Jude Biddulph (SUCK UK).

We organised two seminars aiming to demystify the paths to a successful career in the Design industry and out what the best in the business are looking for in the portfolios of the designers of the future. With panellists Sir Nicholas Grimshaw, Lubna Malik (Adrem), Richard Baynham (Publicis), Dr Jo Twist (Ukie) and hosted by Herbert Wright, Blueprint Magazine's Contributing Editor.

Sir Nicholas Grimshaw is the award-winning architect behind some of Britain's most iconic structures, with his career spanning decades and his reach international. Featured on the recent  BBC 4 programme "The Brits who Built the Modern World", his most notable works include Cornwall's Eden Project, as well as London's 125 Park Road and Waterloo International Railway Station.

Lubna Malik is a Product Design Consultant at design recruitment agency, Adrem. A Product Design graduate from Central Saint Martin's, before joining Adrem she worked as a Product Designer. She now specialises in Product/Service DesignCustomer Experience and Research

Richard Baynham is Creative Director at Publicis London and part of the team that worked on our very own NOISE Festival 2014 #Win Campaign. He's been awarded two D&AD Pencils, Cannes Gold and Silvers, with multiple awards for work with clients such as HSBC, The NSPCC, Vodafone, The Army and Smirnoff. Before Publicis, Richard was Creative Director at AMVBBDO and JWT. Prior to this, he was a copywriter at Saatchi & Saatchi, the then two-time recipient of Cannes Agency of the Year.

Dr Jo Twist is CEO of Ukie, the only trade body for the UK's wider games and interactive entertainment industry. Prior to Ukie, Dr. Jo was Commissioning Editor for Education at Channel 4. Here she commissioned the Digital Emmy-winning Battlefront II as well as free to play browser and iOS games (Sweatshop, Nomnation and International Racing Squirrels) and social media projects. Also a London Tech Ambassador, she is on various boards and advisory groups, such as the Bafta Games Committee.

Can I say how impressed I was with the standard. I didn't expect it to be so high. Some of the ideas and executions were world class! - Andy Bird, Executive Creative Director, Publicis
