I am 23 years old and have been in bands or making music with computers for as long as I can remember. With no money and no formal training I've been forced to work with what I can do by ear and with limited equipment, and am influenced by everything from the electronic music of Aphex Twin and Boards of Canada to whatever genre of music you'd call Dmitri Shostakovich. Currently studying a Masters in Digital Media with a route to a PhD in English, I've always felt it important to pursue music on top of a strong interest in critical and cultural theory rather than instead, so that my enthusiasm for one can always inform the other. I am passionate about putting out good music for people and am not interested in superstardom or piles of cash, just in getting music out there.

Early Morning Weatherview
A simple soundscape with decayed synths and a big, slow beat. I tried to make something to reflect the memories of being 8 years old and watching tv at 6 in the morning in anticipation of cartoons, but only getting ceefax pages full of weather reports.
